Mission Statement

The Canadian Mustard Association is a non-profit organization consisting of processors, researchers, growers, dealers, and applicable government agencies.

It provides a forum whereby its members and invited guests from the Global market can meet to discuss the quality and yield of existing varieties and the
development and introduction of new varieties of mustard seed to satisfy the needs of the industry and ultimate consumer.
